Ebbsfleet International Station is run and operated by the staff of Network Rail. Eurostar run the train service and have an ticket office and self service ticket machines at the terminal.

From 2009 a new domestic service will start operating this will use new track and platforms from Ebbsfleet.
Offpeak:
Two trains an hour to North Kent:
-calling at Stratford, Ebbsfleet, Gravesend, Strood, Rochester, Chatham, Gillingham, Rainham, Sittingbourne and Faversham
Offpeak:
Two trains an hour to East Kent:
- one calling at Stratford, Ebbsfleet, Ashford, Canterbury West, Ramsgate, Broadstairs and Margate,
- one calling at Stratford Ebbsfleet, Ashford, Folkestone West, Folkestone Central and Dover.
The North Kent trains go to Faversham rather than terminating at Sittingbourne and they will not call at Higham. The East Kent trains don't call at Sandling, Wye, Sturry or Minster.
Peak train services have not been fully confirmed as yet by Southeastern.

These will use the new Hitachi built Class 395 trains which are being tested on the line at the moment.

*If the Bureau de Change is open you can withdraw cash on credit or debit cards They charge £1.50 per transaction.

At the moment there is no Cash point facility at Ebbsfleet Station..
The nearest cash points are, Sainburys at Pepper Hill (about a mile away) or the Swanscombe Co-Op (also about 1mile away).
